Syncing Application Data

First Time Application Use

  1. Ensure your Tablet is connected to a working Internet WiFi connection
  2. Launch Application
  3. Login to the Application
  4. If there are any existing records, wait for 3 minutes for them to be downloaded (they will appear on the Dashboard)
  5. If the existing records are not downloaded, Logout, and then Login again and wait

Regular Use

  1. Ensure your Tablet is connected to a working Internet WiFi connection
  2. Launch Application
  3. Login to the Application
  4. Wait for 2 minutes for the application to push new data to the backend

Note

Leave the application running in the foreground during Sync. Do not switch off the application or use any other application while the sync is in progress.

Reset Sync

If the Baseline Survey records (Basline or ICS User) are not being synced with the backend, try the following:

  1. Move to a location with a good WiFi connection
  2. Click on ADMIN TASKS
  3. Click on REST SYNC button
  4. Wait for messages (Attempting Firestore Access Toggle, Firestore Toggled Successfully) to go away
  5. Restart Tablet
  6. Login to the application.
  7. Wait for 2 minutes for the application to push new data to the backend

Note

Leave the application running in the foreground during Sync. Do not switch off the application or use any other application while the sync is in progress.

Syncing Images & Contract (for ICS User)

  1. Ensure ICS Survey Form has been Submitted
  2. Click on ADMIN TASKS
  3. Click on UPLOAD IMAGES button (The button will turn grey)
  4. Wait for the button to turn back to Blue Color
  5. If there is an error, move to a location with better WiFi connection, and try again.
